Store Build Out From Start To Finish

When you have approved your store’s layout plan with the operations department your store is ready for Build-Out.  At that point we will fly out a Build-Out Supervisor who will perform the complete interior development of your store.  The build-out process includes setup of all fixtures, signs and receiving and stocking all the merchandise in the store.  Everything is handled with amazing efficiency and generally requires 5 to 7 days.

Our in-house Build-Out team consists of 6 build-out supervisors.  Each build-out Supervisor will build an average of 40 retail stores every year!  The build-out supervisor handles it all.  Starting with ordering, tracking, receiving and stocking the merchandise and fixtures the build-out supervisor and their team will assemble and stock everything!Completed Party Store Construction

We Take Care of Everything

Our Build-Out Supervisors aren’t there to just build your store.  The build-out supervisors are experts at all phases of store operations and they will review everything with you before you open your doors. In fact, the build-out supervisors will generally stay with an owner for several hours on the first day of business to take care of any issues or questions that may pop up.  The only time we will ask an owner to lift a finger will be to receive the keys to the front door!

The development includes the following: 

  • Receive and check-in merchandise and fixtures
  • Assemble and install display fixtures
  • Display/stock merchandise on fixtures
  • Installation of balloon and front counter
  • Hanging of Mylar balloon displays
  • Setting up balloon corral and interior signage
  • Training for merchandise presentation
  • Training for handling incoming freight & claim procedures
